The facility includes dedicated sections for raw material storage, packaging material storage, dispensing, processing, packaging, and finished goods storage, ensuring a streamlined and contamination-free workflow.
Equipped with modern instruments and automated systems, the plant is designed to minimize human contact and maintain consistent product quality throughout the production process.
At this facility, we manufacture the Dugdha product ranges, with a production capacity of approximately 10,000 units per day, scalable up to 20,000 units per day based on demand.
Our second manufacturing facility is exclusively dedicated to the production of the Dugdha range of products. The plant is designed and developed in full compliance with regulatory standards to ensure the highest levels of safety, hygiene, and product quality.
Spread across a well-planned infrastructure, the facility includes changing rooms, raw material storage, packaging material storage, dispensing unit, processing area, packaging section, quality laboratory, and finished goods storage, ensuring a streamlined and controlled production flow.
Equipped with modern machinery and advanced systems, the plant is optimized for efficient operations with minimal human contact, ensuring consistent quality and safety in every batch of the Dugdha range.
